After being smoldered in the Swiss forest for many hours, these pieces of wood are transformed from ordinary raw wood to easily carved charcoal.
Italian designers, Formafantasma then carved the charcoal into a ladle, paddle, funnel and lid that are used combined with blown glass containers to filter the tap water.
