They are small and get their beans from some of the best chocolate producers in the world, which makes their end product sensational. Their single origin beans are slow roasted and stone ground in small batches before being combined with pure brown sugar, producing a chocolate with a smooth, robust flavour that is unique to Southern Artisan Chocolate™.
I love seeing things produced with love and care, and it’s clear from that video, that every one of these chocolate bars has been touched and cared for by a person.
