This weekend sees the release of one of Pixar‘s blockbuster and much anticipated movies, Brave. The animated movie looks like some of Pixar’s best work so far, and that is saying something of the guys that brought us the Toy Story series, The Incredibles, Monsters Inc, Finding Nemo, Wall-E and both Cars movies.
The story is of a Scottish laird’s eldest daughter that wants to change her fate, but has to harness all her skills to correct a wish that unleashes a curse that she needs to break before its too late.
The cast of voices is stellar, from Kelly McDonald, who we saw in Boardwalk Empire, Billy Connolly, Emma Thompsno, Kevin McKidd, Craig Ferguson, Robbie Coltrane of Harry Potter fame, Julie Walters and John Ratzenberger, who has had a voice part in all of Pixar’s feature films to date.
