In stark contrast to the hotel it is in, the Apero Bar & Restaurant was decorated with industrial finishes like cast aluminium wall lamps and reclaimed timber tables. The Ampersand Hotel on the other hand is a decadent, luxurious hotel on Harrington Road in the heart of London. Dexter Moren and Associates, the firm that redesigned the Apero Bar & Restaurant, created flexible zones throughout the space where people could have communal breakfasts or private dining.
In the middle of bustling Manhattan, is the city’s first ski-themed bar, Hudson Bar. The 1,500 square foot bar, located in Hudson Hotel’s private park, and decorated to transport guests into a winter oasis with animal hide rugs, wooden skis and sleds.
The menu is also ski-inspired, featuring a Hot Chocolate Bar with toppings like crushed candy canes, chocolate pretzel dust, burnt marshmallow and gooey cookie dough. There are beverages created by Steve Olson such as hot buttered rum and Aztec hot chocolate.
The Old Library restaurant and bar in Sydney Australia was once a Methodist Church built in 1908. The building went on to be a library in the 1970′s before being converted into the cosy, relaxed space it is today.
This wine and champagne bar called Mistral in Sao Paolo boasts “the best and most complete catalogue of wines in the country.” It is the new home of a wine company that is very popular with the locals, a reputation built over many years.
The raw space was long and narrow which Studio Arthur Casas used to great effect. Constructing a long narrow hallway with the wines displayed so shoppers can browse and purchase very easily.

When Dudeman was asked to overhaul a wardrobe for Chatelaine Magazine, he took it from uninteresting to extraordinary. Using his skills as a graffiti artist, he used hundreds of different colours and added them together to create a look that is edgy and different.
The armoire wasn’t just changed on the outside but on the inside as well as it now contains a fully stocked bar.
