It’s very rare that you find a person that knows what they want to do for a living from a young age and it’s even rarer to find an artist that began creating at the age of four. This young lady, Akiane Kramarik, now nineteen, has been interviewed by Oprah, Lou Dobbs, formerly of CNN, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson and on Good Morning America. And the general consensus is that she has an amazing talent. She started sketching at the age of four and painting at the age of six, and her paintings have garnered between US$5000 and US$3.1 million. She sells everything from prints to original oil paintings, post cards, greeting cards and sketches from her store online.
The sketch above was done when she was four years old.
