Childs Own studios was started by a lady that wanted to make an instantly recognisable soft toy for a little boy, but couldn’t find a company that made toys from drawings and that is how her business started. She now receives thousands of child-drawn pictures from children and parents around the world, asking her to transform each imaginary picture into a soft plush toy that the child can cuddle in real life.
There is such a demand on the Childs Own plush toys that her production time of four to six weeks has grown impossible to stick to. So she has asked, in the interest of getting through her current waiting list, that we refrain from sending her anymore drawings, just until she catches her breath.
