Perfect Molten Lava Cake Everytime

Everybody likes a bit of chocolate molten lava cake but Stéphane Bureaux and his design team de-constructed a molten lava cake and turned it into a candlelit dinner. They made a chocolate sponge and a chocolate candle that melts into the cavity of the sponge cake, filling it with thick, delicious chocolate.
