Public Housing Dome In Denmark

At the People’s Meeting in Bornholm, Denmark Public Housing decided to participate to highlight the importance of the issue of public housing in the country.

The Stark Beauty Of The Stay Hotel Copenhagen

The Stay Apartment Hotel in Copenhagen is a place of beauty. Located on Island Brygge, a fast developing residential area, the hotel has been decorated with very little colour, just stark black and white furnishings.

While waiting for their permits, Walls, the Danish real estate company behind the Stay Apartment Hotel, lent the old A House building to local artists, designers, musicians and other creatives who turned the building into an alternative Copenhagen landmark.

Featured in The MoMA Collection and designed by Kristian Vedel, this children’s chair can be converted from a chair of normal height, to a highchair by changing the height of the seat. It can also be made into a cradle or a tunnel entrance to another world (with a little imagination) by taking the seats out completely. When the smaller plate is inserted into the frame, the chair can be used for eating, playing, or drawing.
