After reading about Edward Linacre’s Low Tech Irrigation system, I did a little web hopping and found a South African bottled water company that literally makes water from thin air. The company is called Dew, and they put forward the idea that water need not be more expensive than it needs to be. Their water is harvested straight from the atmosphere, hence why it’s called “born in a cloud”. Not only does the company provide bottled water, but they also have water coolers that can be installed into office buildings and restaurants like Cafe 1999, Mo’s Noodles, Harvey’s, Delux Burger Bar have done to provide Dew water to their customers.
