I’ve heard of vegetables in desert cakes before, like carrot cakes and potato cakes, but only a few times have I heard of beetroot in a cake, and if there was one cake I would want to try it would be this chocolate beetroot cake. Moist and sweet without being cloying, with the perfect shade of pink frosting. Delicious.
