One thing Mini can be counted on is their innovation and out-of-the-box marketing strategies. From crazy duelling fencers at a Mini USA store to this Mini pop up shop in London. Mini collaborated with Studio 38 to create this pop up shop in Westfield, London with all the hallmarks of the Mini brand, style, innovation and most of all sex appeal.
The Casey Key Guesthouse is located on a barrier island in Florida, and is set in a mature oak hammock. The design of the structure was inspired by live oaks which had been shaped by coastal winds from the west. The owner wanted a “house in the trees”, and so the architects, TOTeMS Architecture, used curved glulam pine beams, anchored to an elevated slab of concrete to frame the interior space and create the organic shape that reflects the site.
