A Flat Light Bulb, That Works

This lovely little piece of technology was designed by Korean born Joonhuyn Kim and although it has a few design flaws, like a lack of uniformity of the light distribution, who’s to argue with a flat light bulb! I think it’s brilliant, I’d love to see what one looks like lighting up a room, I wonder if the light would have weird lines. The only problem I would have with this light bulb is that it’s not a compact fluorescent light bulb, also known as a CFL or energy-saving bulb.
