London Design Festival

With the recently ended Olympic Games and the Paralympic Games starting soon, London is hotter than ever. It is certainly the place to be as Summer winds down. In September starts another reason to get yourself to London, The London Design Festival.

The 10th London Design Festival this year promises to be epic. One of the highlights of this years design festival is the BE OPEN Sound Portal where visitors are immersed in 3 dimensional soundscapes.

The Cube An Electrolux Pop Up Restaurant

Electrolux and architect firm, Park Associati have bought a pop-up restaurant to Europe. The Cube is a restaurant that is popping up all over the continent in surprising and fascinating places, like opposite the Duomo in Milan or on the Cinquantenaire Arch in Brussels or as it has been from the 1st June 2012 on the roof of the Royal Festival Hall, London.

London Olympics And Coca Cola Collaboration

Coca Cola and the London 2012 Olympics have gotten together to design a coke bottle that celebrates the spirit of the Olympics. These limited edition aluminium coke cans are available only from licensed vendors in Australia from June 8th till August.

London Themed Ruffled Cushions

100 Days Till The London Olympics

In just under 100 days, London will be opening the world’s foremost sports competition, The London Olympic Games 2012, and they have already started the celebrating. All around London and England, gardens have been planted and soldiers lined up, even Indonesian children participated in games organised by the British Embassy in Jakarta.
