The mOver is a push bike for children, that consists of a hoop (wheel) and a frame with handle bars and seat. Just like the one wheeled motorcycle featured in Maniac World, the child sits within the circumference of the wheel. However, the child’s version requires him to propel himself with his legs on either side of the wheel. The wheel turns around the child and is self-lubricating and made from light materials that allow the frame to guide the hoop in the slot.
