The 36th Avenue blog has a list of 25 handmade gifts that you can make for under $5, can you believe it, but what caught my eye was this clock that you could make with a paper plate. It would make a great summer time vacation activity with the kids over summer, and you can totally personalise it by using any of the brightly patterned paper plates on the market at the moment.

Easter Is On Its Way!

Easter is on its way and that means Spring is poised to spring on us all. With the changing of the season, thoughts turn to baking, crafts, children and children’s crafts. So I thought I would get all those crafty people out there, a couple of projects you could work on and plan for the up-coming Easter festivities.
