Sometimes making a whole cake just takes way too long for my liking. Those are the days I’m craving something cake-like, but without the creaming, whisking, measuring drama that goes with serious baking.
The idea of being able to protect food from co workers and flat mates is, well, intriguing. We can all see the benefits of it, e.g food staying where you left it, being able to have the lunch you had been looking forward to having, knowing that one day some unsuspecting person will “accidentally” use your cup and get coffee all down the front of them.
