The former Disney child actress and star of the Lizzie McGuire series, and the movie Hillary Duff, now has a new claim to fame, a book! Not just one book but a sequel to her first book Elixir, yes she has written two books. The Elixir trilogy has been categorized as Young Adult Fiction and has actually gone on to surprise many of the literary critics. Star Magazine gave Elixir three out of four stars, The New York Post loved it and MTV‘s Book Report gave Elixir a very positive review. They also said that ”Elixir” should be made into a movie, going so far as to suggest that maybe Hilary Duff, herself should take the main role. “Elixir” reached the New York Times’ Best Sellers List at #10 in Children’s Chapter Books for one week.
