Pistachio & Cranberry Dark Chocolate Bark Heaven

I love giving food as presents, especially as hostess gifts. My mother taught us never to arrive empty handed at a party, so what I do is try and make something that can be eaten as dessert or that the hosts can enjoy when I leave. Of course, I usually have to make a double batch because I also want to enjoy the treats I give away. I think this chocolate bark will be my hostess gift this Christmas, it has dried cranberry and pistachio bits all wrapped in dark chocolate and broken into dark chocolate bark shards.
