Alexander Farto is a unique artist who does not work with the traditional mediums of paint and watercolour, but in cement and brick. He brings out the faces within the walls that are so common in our urban environment. He also does commercial work on billboards, in metal, paper, wood and prints, but to me, his most striking work is on walls around Portugal, Russia and London and can be see on his site Alexander Farto. His works can also be found on Pictures on Walls, The Lazarides, Studio Cromie.
