Colourful Spineless Camouflage Robots

Last year, scientists from Harvard University developed albino robots that mimicked the movements of starfish, squid and worms. Now scientists have taken their robots’ development further by adding a variety of dyes that allows them to blend in with their environment.

It seems to me scientists are determined to bring to life all those horror movie plots we watched as children. All in the name of science of course.

Romo The Smartphone Robot

This looks like a mini Mars Rover and you can own one yourself for a little less than the NASA made one. Just attach your iPhone or iPod Touch, download the App and you have your own little robot. He’s called “Romo” by the way!

Olly The Smelly Robot

Remember Pavlov’s dogs, Olly has kind of the same affect. Olly is a robot that connects to your computer and everytime you get a Facebook notification, it releases a smell chosen by you.

My Top 10 Cupcakes!

Yup as you probably can tell my next post was purely motivated  by one simple factor, hunger.

Robot tea eggPeeka boo!

Do you love tea? Any tea, Earl Grey, Darjeeling, Rooibos, Chai? And are you a serious nerd? As in you can totally relate to any character in Star Trek and  Star Wars?

Do Mathematical equations keep you up at night… in a good way? If you answer any of  the above in the affirmative…then I have a treat just for you. A robot tea egg.
