Looking for a spicy snack that is satisfying and healthy for the holidays? I found this gorgeous recipe on Whole Living for Spicy Roasted Chickpeas. Chickpeas are great sources of  zinc, folate, protein and dietary fibre and roasting them is a wonderful way to prepare them without adding too much extra fat. The little fat that is found in chickpeas is polyunsaturated, the good fat, but chickpeas lucked out on the taste stakes, so spiking them with lovely flavours like cumin, coriander, ginger, paprika and salt makes them oh so tasty.
