This former horse ranch in Montauk, NY was redesigned to capture the “Spirit of Montauk”, that elusive essence of the community where folklore is more real than history and where pieces of battles past are strewn around the landscape. The Genius Loci House was built on one of the highest elevations of Montauk and seems to unfold with interesting bits that are discovered as the house is explored.
