I have five words for you. Individually the words are nondescript, virtually a yawn, but when you put them all together, they become a beacon of light and hope to all midnight snackers everywhere. The words are White Chocolate Rocky Road Bars and the recipe is originally from the English version of Technicolor Kitchen.

They are an inspired combination of dried strawberries, marshmallows, dried cranberries, white chocolate and dried apples. Not a preservative in sight, which ensure they are eaten quickly, although I doubt the family will need any encouragement to devour these bars.
