The House In Xove

This house, situated in Xove, Spain, was designed by Jesús San Vicente Domingo and has the advantage of having both sea views and terrestrial views. Because of this duality of surroundings, the house itself has what seems like two personalities. On one hand it is a rock, stable and solid against the ravages of time but on the other hand it is as changeable as the sea it overlooks.

Matsuyama Project, Ehime Japan

Located in Ehime, Japan, is the Matsuyama Project. A beautiful wooden home with all the comforts of a modern, stylish house. The buyer wanted to create a comfortable dwelling in a setting where they could experience nature and spend as much time with their family as possible, at the same time limiting their dependence on facilities.

Hayato Komatso Architects, the designers of the house, wanted the house to be less dependant on the scenery more coexisting with it, able to evolve with the changing landscape, through seasons and ecological changes.
