In an effort to get humans to take better care of themselves, Hosain Rahman and his company, Jawbone, has come up with a bracelet that helps us make sure we are treating our bodies right so they serve us as efficiently as possible. The UP uses an iPhone app that enables you to track what foods make you feel better or worse, reminds you to be more active in your daily lives and it can be programmed to vibrate at the best time in your sleep cycle to wake you up. So no more eating badly, waking up to a noisy alarm clock or getting sick because of a lack of activity while we are at work.
Jawbone’s UP is available through Amazon.com and will be available for shipping to international customers on the 17th November 2011. Jawbone also plans to have the UP compatible to IOS and Android devices later this year, 2011
