There is a major trend towards placing the latest technology next to one of mans oldest construction materials, wood, like these iPhone speakers from Koostik. We saw it with the bamboo speakers and now Koostic has speakers made of solid wood that amplifies the normal iPhone sound by up to 2 to 4 times. The design makes the music sound like the band is playing unplugged, certainly better than the sometimes tinny sound more common to smaller speakers. Koostic has also introduced the mini Koo, as well as the wooden speaker for iPads.
